Focusing on being healthier everyday has never been easier and at the same time so difficult. With so much information on our devices, it may be difficult to select which information is more needed at the moment. Am I trying to gain weight, lose weight, or stay within my weight? Should I improve my biceps, triceps, deltoids, or should I improve something else? Am I training for endurance or strength training? Let’s take this one step at a time and focus on the basics as well as learning to increase our overall health through eating what we enjoy, exercising, having a good night’s sleep as well as reducing the stress in our lives.
